While I am definitely no fan of the NNA I have heard they had a handy "signing agent journal" which was unique and helpful to signing agents. (As I understand it not a notary journal.)
So, I'd be interested in the qualities of those in their notary journal which you like...Would you please elaborate on their notary journal...what you like about it?
Thanks.

: Ok that last request got a bit
: hijacked........
:
: It looks like a few out there are fans
: of check off's for document type. I'm
: not sure I'm sold on the concept. I'm
: personally rather detailed, and list
: the exact name of the document (word
: for word, typo's included), in case I
: ever get called into court, just like
: I list every document on a separate
: line, so when requests for a document
: are made I don't provide more than
: what is requested, and become a
: provider of information not known.
:
: My main interest is moving the
: mandatory info off of the binding (as
: exists in the NNA journal), and
: putting "optional" info
: boxes there (not that I don't use them
: also).
