I agree with Kelly, Dan & Terri. But I'll admit I have one exception I'll work with. the stupid "-".
If a document or ID has the "-" but the other doesn't, I'll still notarize it. I will remove the dash from the named section on the cert if the document dose not have it & the ID does. However, I don't add it when the ID doesn't. I just don't input it, and return it anyway. I've never been contacted for a missing dash.
On a separate note, I always write the entire name as it appears on the ID in my journal, no matter what the document calls for.
