I agree, dont do it. When approached with those offers I asked them if gasoline went down to $1.,00 a gal, and toner and paper suddenly went down, or has respect for the notary just plummeted to an all time low. Believe me, you will NOT get any more volume of signings. That is the pure unadulterated BS they are dishing out nowdays.
