Say whatever you want, do whatever you want. Maybe your it doesnt bother you to have to pay expenses, go thru depositions, and court dates because someone accuses you of something you didnt do or didnt mean to do. After 25 yrs and over 10,000 loans signed and about 65,000 notarizations, I have no interest in sticking my neck out anymore for anyone. I bring a book or magazine to signings now. So if you wanna go out and big ass people about how clever and smart you are about their documents go ahead. Some think its very professional (I used to)but not anymore. Wait til you go to court someday and tell me how it didnt work your last good nerve.
