Fidelity National Title

I received e-docs from Fidelity National Title ( First Lincoln Mortgage ) today. They contained at least 60 pages of documents stamped initial. Escrow tell me that these 60 pages are the pages from the begining of the loan and do not need to be signed. My question is if that is so, why am I spending my money printing them?

ANY CLUE?
