I'm with you, Wendy. I don't "explain" anything - I "facilitate" a process as a signing agent and perform my duties as a Notary Public. Of course we can present a document and say, "this is such-and-such" OR, we can be a "point and sign" guy and say nothing more than, "sign here". I think some of this reflects different styles. Good post Dan - it's just too bad things sometimes becomes a pissin' match.
