... and, have been asked HOW I presented the documents to the clients and WHAT I say (specifically what words I used). I was provided an opportunity to demonstrate once and was given THE Note and said (as I took my big fat finger and pointed), "Here's you're interest rate". I was then asked, "did you actually state the interest rate?" My reply was, "no, I allow the client to read it themself.. all I do is direct them to the highlights, the facts". I was asked why and I recall stating, "because I'd be there all night if I didn't facilitate the process". I was dismissed after that. I have no idea how it all turned out but nothing happened to me.
