On January 4, 2008 Pinnacle Real Estate hired me to completed. The signing was completed on 1/7/08 as agreed and all documentation properly forward. Repeated emails and phone calls have failed to get a positive response, only promises of payment coming, but never received. The last letter, email and phone conversation on 4/7/08, I gave them an additional 2 weeks (until 4/21/08) for payment to be made prior to contacting all parties, forums and all signing agents in a four county area as to the issue of non-payment. At that time they apologized and stated they would look into the matter, On 4/16/08 Dawn stated (by email) payment would be sent, but I received no response as to when that would happen. As of today, no payment has been received and I have not been able to reach them by phone.
