stating that they had run into trouble and would all notaries public receive a reduction in their fees so as to get paid or did I fall for the latest "gag" in the world. I haven't been paid yet I offered to take a reduction in fee. So are they in business and taking unfair advantage of we notaries public? I mean FRAUD
