Shoshana: Sorry it took so long to get back to you re Central Valley Documentation, but I was looking for the information I got last year about David, the owner, from the Kern County clerk. Unfortunately, it looks like I threw it away; so, I e-mailed Kern Co. again for his last name, and they responded that they don't supply that by phone or e-mail. (They did last time!) You have to send them a request my mail.
