I got a call yeterday for a signing 27 miles from my home. They met my fee. I confirmed with the borrower and docs were overnighted. I got a call a few minutes ago that borrower wants to sign at his bank for free and how much would I charge to only deliver the docs. I told them that sorry, due to the distance and the high cost of gas, I could not reduce my price for a delivery only. I am now waiting to hear back from them.
