This was a novel little thing while it lasted. I have had magnetic signs, written to and met with all attorneys, lots of contractors/companies who use notaries,got some calls from hotel concierges, registered with dozens of sites, lots of title co's used me,have 25 yrs exp in real est, loans, and as notary/speak two languages,have all the state of the art expensive equipment, new car etc etc etc. Down to 1-5 signings a week now. I think many are in a fantasy world about what is really going on in the US and our economy. If you think its bad now wait a yr or two. Time for me to go off into another field all together cuz making a normal living in this is over. Will be a pleasure not to have to deal with the scum that seems to be pervasive in the world of lending and real est. TEA, and electronic signings- forget about it. Most areas dont have people who contract with the govt anyway. Credit, housing, lending will see problems stretching years into the future. No quick fix in sight. Sorry.
