I think it was a signing service that just called me. She didn't say she is a SS, but I suspect she is (you can almost sense a SS). I think one of their $40.00 notaries screwed up. She said UPS has a package with a few pages in it. She needs me to pick it up and take it to the borrower for her to sign. I said "sure, what's the scoop" She sounded all angry and flustered. She said she would call me right back. When she called me back, she said the borrower said she wouldn't sign. I suspect the borrower is probably angry & went with another company. Well, I guess the low-ball Signing Services are paying the price. They should know you just get what you pay for.
