    Pan: Yes, I am angry--and I'm going to tell you why: I am sick and tired to death of these people (DD, et al) who (I 'suspect') think they are the only ones who have the right to work this industry that apparently, they feel they own, or at least built; they don't want any one else to butt in on their territory, and are SO afraid of a little competition. I've seen "$40 notary" bashing over and over on this board, and how supposedly they are 'ruining the industry' and it's their fault the SS are offering lower and lower fees. Frankly, I think that is a bunch of baloney! Let's face it...like ANY booming business, it reached it's pinnacle (nice for those of you who got in on the BOOM), but the BOOM is gone! Get used to it! and get off the backs of the newbies (or 'greenies', as I've seen them called on this board), they have just as much right as any one to give it a try. So I repeat: Get off your high horse!
