Old Illinois Title Act info needed Posted by J/IL (Jacquelyn/IL) on March 25, 2007, 9:30 am 205.188.116.201 Does anyone have a link to the Illinois Title Act that was changed last yr. This is the act that was changed to allow third parties to a loan transaction. I have a title company that believes we still can not do mobile signings. I want to print out the revised Act and mail it to their legal dept. Thanks!
