For sure was not done from a notary that can charge $150. Two weeks ago I drove 45 miles to let a borrower resign his loan docs because the previeus notary let the co-borrower sign with another name other then the name printed on the loan document. Guess what? she charge $65, $15 more for the mileage. I charge them $200.--Previous Message--
