"BUT THIS TIME, it's much more serious because it's happened nationwide. People have stopped buying houses. Their worried about the war. Their worried about the election. Their worried about global warming. Inflation is increasing faster than their paycheck." Good night. I assume you are old enough to remember back in the late 70's and early 80's. For those not old enough, inflation was rampant, oil prices adjusted for inflation were higher then today and we were on a path to global cooling. Everyone must make their own way in this society, some make good choices, some make bad. We all have to live with the decisions we make and that is why this is a great country to live in, for the freedoms we are afforded.
