I'll get alot of flack for that statement because it's a political issue. Bottom line...it should be harder to break the law. Harder for the "lenders" to get the backing of other banks. It must be very easy to become a "lender". It seems any company can put out its shingle and call themselves a mortgage company/brokerhouse. They are not selling fruit along the roadside. Or tile for your house. This is important stuff. It's the livelihoods and property of consumers that they are dealing with and that are at risk. Gonna' be lots of indictments in the future..LOL.
