            Left over fish and chips boiled with water in a saucepan to make a fishcake mix with added onion, seasonings of turmeric, paprika and fish seasoning washed down with a huge mug of tea with teabag left in.

            It's not a super market breakfast buts what I make for myself and it was absolutely delicious.

                I suppose it's a bit like chocolate bars that say they are resealable! Why would you want to re-seal a chocolate bar???!?!?

                To be fair it was a family meal and some of the kids couldn't eat their portions.
