Typical tory lack of joined up thinking

Sunak wants to clamp down on sick note culture yet with new mum's wanting to get back to work there's not enough childcare provision.

Sunak has learnt from Starmer and is just throwing out what he thinks are vote winners. Surely our sick note culture is a drain on the economy and needs sorting, no direct connection to lack of childcare.

7-7 million waiting for operations has nothing to do with it.

          Great point.

"Sick note culture" is just a mindless slogan to pit people against each other.

And idiots fall for the premise that everybody with an illness or condition that prevents them working.

            Sunak isn't medically qualified.

If you don't know why I chose that name, it proves you're a new poster who doesn't understand anything, particularly the truth about Covid and the ignoramuses who don't believe reputable scientists.

Actually "Pardon" as a name proves you understand nothing.
                      Run along, sonny.

Women who had paid the full NI stamp in late pregnancy and those with a baby under 6 weeks used to be entitled to pregnancy and nursing leave, which was beneficial to themselves and the baby.
